1. Orders & Payments

• Orders flagged as suspicious may be held or canceled for security reasons.
2. Shipping
• All items are in-hand and premade, meaning your order is ready to go.
• Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and packaging before shipment.
• Once shipped, tracking info will be emailed to you. Delivery times depend on the carrier.
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Whatever address is entered at checkout is exactly where your package will be sent. We cannot make changes once your order is placed.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they are scanned in by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
3. Returns & Exchanges
• All sales are final. Because our drops are limited and exclusive, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
• If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopfranchisestudios@gmail.com Proof (photos/video) is required.
4. Fraud & Chargebacks
• Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will be treated as fraudulent.
• If a dispute is filed, we will provide full proof (receipts, shipping, and tracking) to banks or processors.
• Fraudulent claims may result in permanent banning from future purchases.
